Join Wildtender ALUMNI for A VERY SPECIAL COMMUNITY DAY ON TONGVA LAND!
About the day
Join fellow Wildtender guides, past participants, and our friends at TreePeople Land Trust for a day-hike in the Santa Monica mountains. We will encounter the local chaparral ecosystem through an embodied and contemplative hike, cultivating kinship with place and community walking in reverence on Tongva land.
Our day together will include:
Embodied nature connection hike through the local wildlands, led by Wildtender guides
Relational practice with fellow alumni and land.
Land restoration work at TreePeople’s local restoration site.
Wild tea shared together in the company of our chaparral kin.
Wildtender visioning conversation with co-founders Fletcher Tucker & Noël Vietor
